Board of Dxrectors of the Association. The Board of Directors
of the Association shall thereafter Y:ear said appeal and
~ unless the decision of the ABR is overruled by at least thr~e- 1
fourths (3/4) of the members of the Board of Directors of the
Association, the decision of the ABR shall stand. The decision
of the Board of Directors of the Association shaZl be final
and binding upon all parties. _ ~
10. The Board of Directors of the Association shall
have the riqht to determine all questions arising in connection
with ttas Declaration of Covenants and Restrictians and to
construe and interpret all provi~ns hereof. Its good
faith determinatian, construction or interpretati~n shall be
final and binding. Subject to the foregoing, the Architectural
~ Board of Review shall have the right to determine all questions
arising in connection with its functions untler this Declaration _
~ and to construe and interpret the terms hereof with respect
thereto, and its goocl faith determination, construction, or

' interpretation shall be final and binding. In atl cases, the
provisions of this Declaration shall be given that interpre-
tation or construction that will best tend toward the consu~a-
tion of the general plan of improvements.
11. The detezmination by any Court that any provision
of this Declaration is unenforceable, invalid or voic~ shall
not affect the enforceability or validity of any other provisi.ons
