DISSOI,UTION OF MARRIAGS
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of September, 1974
and the Court having given full considerat~on to all the evidence,
fin3s and determines: This Court has jurtsdiction of the parties
and suLject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUD(~D as follows: _
~ 1. The aarriage between ELT'ON J'. SMITH and BARBARA J.

~ SMITH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed fro~. the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the ebligations
arising therefrom.
2. Cammencing the lOth day of October, 1974 ffi.TON J.
SMITH shall pay to BARBARA J. SMITH the sum of $125.00 each and
every month for the support of the minor child, JOffid J. SI+lITH.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to BARBARA J. SMITH. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
