TAIS CAUSE was heard afte= notice upan the Petitioner's de- "
mand for temporary relief while this cause is pending. The Court
having heard the evidence presented and the argument of the at-
torneys for the parties, and being fully advised, it is: i

pRDEgED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Respondent shall pay the mortgage payments, pay the
utility bills, and other payments incident to the mainten~nce of
the marital abode more fully described in the verified petition
found herein pending the final outcome of this matter. -
2. The Respondent shall pay the sua of ~ienty-Seven Dollars

I and Fifty Cents ($27.50) suit moneq and Fifty Dollars ($50.00)
temporary attorney's fees to petitioner's attorney, Richard D.
Sneed, Jr., EsQuire.
3. That the parties to this action are mutually enjoined and
restrained from assaulting, harrassing, botheri.ng, or interferring
with each other at any time or place, or in any manner whatsoever,
during the pendency of this action.
