This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife~for a temporary restraining order, restrainin~ and
enjoininq the Husband from interfering with, molesting, using
physical violence or annoying the Wife or the minor child, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
pRDggED AND 1~DJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, DAVID R. ffiI,L, be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
' using physical violence upon, harassing or annoying the Wife,

2. Fill and singul~r the Sheriffs of the state of
Florida are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as
