ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT

It appearing from the evidence before the Court that ,
EZRA H. MOSS has willfully failed and refused to pay the child :

support as required by the Final Judgment of this Court entered
on the 18th day of December, 1972, and is, as oi this date, in
arrears $200.00, it is
ORDERED A1~iD ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands
~n contempt of this Court but may purge himself of this contempt
by hereafter paying the $200.00 arrearage, plus $8.50 Court Costs,
~ at the rate of $30.00 per week. These payments to be in addition
to the regular $20.00 per week child support payments provided
for in the Final Judgment, making a total payment of $50.00 per
week, plus the $1.00 clerk's fee. When the arrearage has been
paid in full, the weekly payments shall be reduced ta $25.00 per_
week, being $12.50 per week for each of the minor children. If
Respondent does not purge himself of his con£empt as provided
above, he shall be required after notic:e to appear before the
Court for sentencing.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this 4th day of September, A.D., 1974.
