ADJUDGED:
1. Unless said sums are paid forthwith, the property
described in said claim of lien, viz:
Co~nencing at the point of intersection of the east
right away line of U.S. Highway No. 1 and the south ~
line of Lot 1 of Carlson's subdivision as per plat thereof
recorde4 in Plat Book 3, page 24 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. Said point of intersection
being south 89 deg. 45 min. east, at a distance of
1235.66 feet from the southwest corner of said~Lot 1~

away lin~ of said U. S. Highway No . 1~ 150 fee:t to the
point of beginning of the tract herein described. From

said property being in St. Lucie County, Fla.
shall be sold by the Clerk of this Court at public sale to the ~
highest and best bidder for cash betwQen the legal hours of
sale on the ~O day of , at the County Courthouse
in Fort Pierce, Florida. Notice af such sale shall be pub~lished
as pr~ovided by ~statute .

2. Upon confirmation of the sale as provided by statute
or by Order of Court, the Clerk shall disburse the proceeds of
sale by paying:
! (a) The costs and expenses of this action incurred after

the date hereof.
(b) The remaining amounts due the plaintiffs with interest
thereon as provided by statute from the date hereof through the
date of sale. -
3. Should there be a surplus after the payments above
specified, it shall be paid into the Registry of the Court.
~ Should there be a deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount
thereof to the Court.
4. '!'he plaintiffs may bid for and be the purchaser of the
property at the sale. Should the plaintiffs be the successful
bidder, they shall pay all costs and expenses of the sale and be
credited on their bid so much of the amounts due them as may be
necessary to satisfy their bid.
5. Upon confirmation o€ the sale, the defendants, Harry
Midelis;~atherine Midelis and Nicholas H. Midelis and all persons
