to withdraw as counsel in this cause. Further, I affirm all the actton
taken in this case as af August 23, 1974 and spec~fically affirm the
action taken by counsel at the hearing before this Court on August i9,
1974, resulting in an Order appoinring a receiver to effect the sale oE
the mortgaged premises.
