ELWYN L. MInDLETON, being by the undersig~ed officer
J first duly sworn, upon his oath, says:
1. Affiant is a resident of 242 Dut~bar Road, Palm
• Beach,.Florida, and is engaged in the practice of law at 205
Worth Avenue, Palm Beach, Florida. :
2. Certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida were con-
veyed.to affiant in his capacity as trustee, and said lands were
subsequently conveyed to Walter D. Floersheimer who thereafter
conveyed the lands to Bernard Lamstein and Howard Roseman by deed
as in Official Record Book 209, p1465, public records of St. Lucie
Caunty, Florida.
3. During the period of time when affiant held title
to said lands, a judgment was rendered in the U.S. District Court, ~
Middle District of Georgia, Americus Division, in favor of the
~ U.S. of America vs. one E.L. Middleton, defendant, on September
18, 1956, in the amount of $340.69, said case being case #378
therein lately pending.
4.,Affiant is not the E.L. Middleton against whom said
judgment was entered-as aforesaid, and affiant is not acquainted
with said individual.
5. According to the docket maintained by the clerk of
said court, said judgment has been satisfied as per letter filed
July 20, -1961 in said court. (see "Exhibit A" pages 1,2 and 3 attached }
6. Further affiant sayeth naught.
