5(b) This mortgage is given and accepted upon the further condition
that the Mortgagees shall in case of default, satisfy the obliqations
secured hereby solely by ~oreclosure and saZe of the mortgaqed premises,
and that the Mortgaqor shall not be personally liable for any deficier,cy.
5(c) This is a second mortgage, subject to first mortgage recorded
in Official Records Book 209, page 1468, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
