The Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage dated ~ November 27, 1973, whic:~ provided in Paragraph 4 that "each party is ; responsi.ble to insu=e that mortgage payir?ents are kept current." 3 i ~ is construed by this Court to mean that each party is required to ; I pay one-half di the monthly mortgage payment on the marital home, ~ To carry out this end, the Husband shall pay his share of the mortgage payment directly to the Wife and the Wife shall combine this with her share and make the mortgage payment directly to the mortgagee. It is further ordered that any late charge incurred by the parties , by virtue of their failure to make the August 15, 1974, mortqage ~ gayment be borne equally by the parties. ~ DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie ~ County, Florida, this~day of. , 1974. .
