THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the verified petition

of DONALD E. BARRETT, for the adoption of MAR~ RUTH SMITFI, and it
appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child
