In Re: Lot 18, Block 675, PORT ST. LUCIE, SeCtion 18,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, -
page 17, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
BEFORE-ME, the undersigned authority, this day personalZy
appeared MARY E. BARNES who upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
JOHN B. BARNES who departed this life on November 23, 1973.
2. That she and the said John B. Barnes were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by
General Development Corporation to John B. Barnes and Mary E.
Barnes, his wife, dated August 12, 1971, recorded in O.R. Book
195, page 1462 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, wherein the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned c~nveyance,
she was married to the said John B. Barnes and that said marital
relationship continued without interruption until the death
of the saic~ John B. Barnes .
Further affiant sayeth not.
