ROSS, to me well known, who after being duly cautioned and sworn deposes and says: Affiant is Vice President and Senior Trust Officer of Sun First National Bank of Orlando (fornssrly The First National Bank at Orlando) and has personal knowledge of the facts set forth in this affi3avit. That by deed of conveyance dated August 15, 1963, Florida Maid Citrus Corporation, as Grantor conveyed to The First National Bank at Orlando, as Trustee, those certain lands situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, legally described as: Sections 6(LESS North 500 feet), 7, 18, 19, and 30, LESS right-of-way for turnpike and canal, Tawnship 34 South, Range 38 East. Said deed having been filed for record August 16, 1963 and re- corded in Official Record Book 69, page 5 of the public records r ; ~ of St. Lucie County, Florida. { ~ That there appears of record on the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida a grant of easement dated May 11, 1964, _ i filed for record June 15, 1964 and recorded in Official ~ecord Book 91, at page 382, between The First National Bank at Orlando, as Trustee, Grantor and Minute Maid Groves Corporation, a Florida Corporation, Grantee in which com~eyance said bank is identified i as The First National Bank at Orlando, ~ Florida banking corpora- ~ tion, as Trustee, under a certain trust agreement dated July 31, 1963.
