That there appears of record on the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida in Official Record Book 91 at page 382 {

a grant of easement dated May 11, 1964, affecting a part or
~arcel of the lands last above described, between The First ~
National Bank at Orlando, as Trustee, Grantor and Florida Maid
~roves Corporation, ^vrantee, in which conveyance said bank is
- identified as The First National Bank at Orlando, a Florida
banking corporation, as Trustee, under a certain trust agreement
dated July 31, 1963. That affiant was a signatory to the agree-
ment dated July 31, 1963 referred to in said grant of easement,
is familiar with its contents and the parties thereto and knows
