On this day personally appeared before me, the ur.der-
signed officer duly authorized to administer oaths and take
acknowledgments, ROBERT L. WAGNER and FRANCES P. WAGNER,
who. after being by me first duly cautioned and sworn, upon
their oaths, depose and say:
1. That they are duly qualified to act as Trustees of
the property of Wagner Groves, Inc., a dissolved Florida
Corporation, forthe benefit of the stockholders in the exe-
cution of the above foregoing quit-claim deed and that your
two affiants constitute a majority of the Directors of the
said dissolved corporation at the time of its dissolution.
