AGREBMENT THIS AGREEMENT made and ex~cuted by and between KAY-TWO GROVE, LItdITED, a Florida limited partnership, hereinafter called Borrower, CONNECTIGUT GENERAL LIF$ INSURt+NCE COMPANY, a Connecticut corpora- tion, hereinafter called Original Mortgaqee,.a~d GULF-ATLANTIC PRODUCTION CREDIT ASSOCIATION, hereinafter called Association. WITNSSSETH: THAT WHEREAS, the Borrower presently owns those lands legally described as: Block 2, less the East 2210 feet thereof, and Blocks 3 throuqh 14 both inclusive, FLORIDA MAZD CITRUS GROVE, accordinq to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 1 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. -AND- Beqinninq at the Southeast corner of Section 3~, Town- ship 34 South, Ranqe 38 East, run 27orth 0°54'10` East a distance of 1319.84 feet, thence North 87°49'13" West a distance of 320 feet for a point of beqinning, thence continue North 87°49'13" West a distance of 270 feet, thence North 0'S4'10" East ~ distance of 806.67 feet, thence South 87°49'13" East a distance of 270 feet, thence South Q°54'10" west a distance of 806.67 feet to the point of beginning which said properties are serviced by those certain easeA?ents as described in that easement agreement dated June 1. 1971 recorded in Official Record IIook 203, Page 2531 and easement dated March 1, 1972 recorded in Deed Book 203, Page 2539 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and WHEREAS, lands last above described are presently under lien to Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, the Original Mort- gagee, by numerous mortgage agreements and security agreements, and WHEREAS, the Original t4ortgagee has consented to this agree- ment for the purpose only of indicating its consent and aqreement to the Association's acquiring liens upon the premises notwith- ~ standing the provisions of the loan agreements presently executed in favor of the Oriqinal Mortgagee; :~OW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 ~ ~.ti.i f~Lt i~ 1?a8 _ - ~ ~ _ _ -
