That Executive Order 74-35 is amended in order to
provide that such Executive Assignment shall b~ for a period ~
in excess of the duration of the original as~ignment, i.e.
Auqust 30, 1974, which would be to and includxng Friday,
September 6, 1974.
Section 2.
That except as amended by this Executive Order,
Executive O~der ~4-35 is ratif ied and reissued, and the
acts of State Attorney Robert Eagan made pursuant to such
orders are approved.
