Plaintif~ to pay LUCILLE V. COSTk the difference between the $300.00
deposited with the Clerk af this Court and the reasonable travel
expenses as determined by this Court, or in the event that said
travel expenses are less than 5300.00, the Plaintiff shall receive
the balance from the Clerk of this Court after the reasonable
travel expenses have been deducted. ~
3. That the Subpoena Duces Tecum for deposition issued

by the Deputy Clerk of this Court and served upon LUCILLE V. COSTA `
is amended so that the deponent is to have with her at the time
and place of the takinq of said deposition the follQwing:
(a) The corporate records and Minute Book of
COSTA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF FLORIDR, INC., and
LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC., if in her possession or under her
control.
(b) State and Federal Income Tax Returns for LUCILLE
V. COSTA, INC., COSTA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF FLORIDA,
INC., and LUCILLE V. COSTA, for the years 1972 and 1973,
if in her possession or under her control.
(c) Copies of all contracts or leases entered into
by LUCILLE V. COSTA and COSTA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF
FLORIDA, INC., LUCILLE V. COSTA, ZNC. and LUCILLE V.
