ORDER ON CONT$MPT
This cause coming on to be heard on September 4, 1974
on the order of the Court to show cause if any why the husband,
JOHNNY RAY SLLIOTT, should not ~e held in contempt for his failur
to pay to the wite the sum of $100.00 in lieu of property
settlement and for his failure to pay attorneys fees to the wife's
attorney of $300.00. The eourt having heard the testimony of the
Husband, it is
1. ORD~D A1~ID AD3IJDGED that the husband, JOHI~TNY RAY BLLIOTT,
is found to be in contempt of court for his failure to pay the
wife, DEBRA $LLIOTT, $100.00 in lieu of property settlement and
for his failure to pay ati:orneys fees to the wi.fe's attorney,
RUPffitT JASEN SMITHf in the amount of $300.00, as previous ly
~ ordered by this Court.
~ 2. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGFFD that the husband,
JOHNNY RAY ELLIOTT, having been found in contempt of this Court
is hereby sentenced to 5 days in the St. Lucie County 3ai1.
3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband,
JOHIINY RAY ELLIOTT, may purg~ himself from contempt and that the
said sentence imposed in paragraph 2 will be suspended in the
event the husband, JOHNNY RAY ELLIOTT, make a payment of $100.00
- on September 13, 19"14 to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St.
Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, and.a like sum

of $100.00 every two weeks thereaftex to the Clerk of the Circui t
Court until the mcnies ~3ue are paid in full. All payments,
