THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on Plaintiff's motion to ~
compel tl:e defendants to answer interrogatories propounded to ~

them on or about July 12, 1974, and defendants' objections to ~
the interrogatories which was filed in this cause on or about ~
September 4, 1974; ard the Court having heard argument of counsel ~
~

for the respective parties and having duly considered the motion ;

and defendants' objection to the question propounded, it is ~
ORDERED that plaintiff's motion be and the same is hereby ;
~
denied and defendants' objection thereto is hereby sustained, but ~
~
only as to the form of the question propounded and not to its •
~
substance. It is therefore further - ~
ORDERED that the defendants Paul and Margret Prappas shall,
~
within ten (10) days from the date hereof, furnish to the plaintiff ~
i

in writing and under oath the aames and addresses of all persons
known to them, or either of them, who have or clai.m to have knowledge
- of the facts and circumstances pertaining to the subject matter of
this litigation. L
