FINAL JUDGM~NT
OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me this day
on the motian of the Petitioners for Final Judgment of Adoption,
and it appearing that the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Division of Family Services, has recommended the requested
adoption, and the Court now being fully advised in the premises,
finds as follows:
1. That the Petitioners, CHARLIE WILDER and ETHEL WILDER, -
his wife, are fit and proper persons to adopt BETTY ANN WHEELER and
TONY JOANSOI3, and the best interests of the said children will be
promoted by such adoption. ~
2. That the said children named above are suitable for
~ adoption by said Petitioners.
~ 3. That the said children named above were born out of
wedlock to EDITH WILSON, who has consented to the adoption of her
two children by the Petitioners. It is therefore, upon consideration,
ORDERED AA1~ ADJUDGED as follows :
A. That the permanent custody of the children known as
BETTY ANN WHEELER and TONY JOANSON, in thes2 proceedings be and the
same is hereby given to CHARLIE WILDER and ETHEL WILDER, his wife.
~ B. That the said children now known as BETTY ANN WHEELER
and TONY JOHNSON are given the lawful names of BETTY ANN WILDER and
TONY WILDER, respectively.
