The East 42 feet of Lot 21, and the West 18 feet of
Lot 22 of DUKE SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 34, of
the Public Records of St. I.ucie County, Florida; to-
gether with the improvements thereon, and all furniture,
fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements

The relief sought in and by said suit is the -foreclosure .of
a certain mortgage given by ROBERT GAMMON and SUSIE B. GAMMOI~,
his wife, to the Plaintiff recorded in O.R. Book 206,Page 2088, ,
in the office of the Clerk of the above Court; the decreeing of a sale
~ of said property under the direction of said Court, in default of the
payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff under said
mortgage; and for other and further relief.
