In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of ~1.00 and other good and
valuable cansideration which I/we have ~eceived, i/we and those holding through me/us, g~ant and give to Florida
Power & Ligfit Company and its successors and assig~s an easemeht fo~ the oonstruction, operation and main-
tenance of elect~ic utility facilities (i~luding wires, pol ~u~[s_cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be instalied from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, char:ge
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or c~les of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep ctear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, u~der, and across my/a~~ property desc~ibed
as follows;

Zhe anchor easement more particularly described as a strip 5 feet
wide, centered 102 feet North of and parallel to the ~ section line,

East a distance of 30 feet.
These anchors must be relocated at no expense to owner
in case of interference ~aith future develop~ent of
