In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Compa~y of $1.00 and other good and
val~able consideration which 1/rve hanre received, 1/vre arxi those holding th~ough me/us, g~ant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its wccessors and assigns an easement for the oonstniction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities linctuding wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the ~ight to ~econstruct, imp~ove, add to, change
the size of or retnove such facilities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of conduits, wires o~ c~les of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all t~ees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
The West 10 feet of the South 42 feet of I.ot 2 and the West 10 feet of the North
40.5 feet of Lot 3, Olesnder Park, in accordance ~rith plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 9, at page 76 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
It is the intent that this eas~nent grani:ed herein be adjacent to and parallel .
