WARRANTY DEED
THYS WARRANTY DEED made and executed this 2,= day of August , 1974
by SAVINELLI GROVES, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of Florida,
and having its principal place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, here-
inafter called the grantor, to ALFRED SAVINELLI, Trustee, whose postoffice
address is Hawley Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the
grantee:
WITNESSETN: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
