Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Count I of the Amended -
Complaint filed herein, being an action to foreclose a
mechanic's lien on the Defendant's property, and the
Court having heard argument of counsel, and being other-
wise fully advised ia the premises, it is ~
; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Count I of the Amended

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of
the Court is directed to record a copy of this Order
~ which will be deemed to release the Defendant's property
from the operation of that claim of Zien heretofore filed
in O.R. Book 208, at page 1006, o~ the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
