This matter coming on for hearing on the 3rd day of September,
1974, at 1:30 P.M., r~otice of said hearing having been sent to all
counsel and the Plaintiff being present together with counsel, evidence
being admitted and testimony heard, upon~consideration and on the
evidence presented, the Court finds that the Defendant is in default
on the note.
IT IS ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, RICHARD A. SKRIPAK, recover
from the Defendant, WILLIAM A. BROWN, the sum of Three Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($3,750.00), together witti interest from riay 14,
1973, to the date of judgment in the amount of Three Hundred Thirty-
seven and 96/100 Dollars ($337.96) together with attorney's fees in
the amount of Three Handred Seventy-five D~llars ($375.00) and costs
in the amount of Fifty-three Uollars ($53.00), for all of which let
execution issue. ~
