FINAL JUDGMSNT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGS -
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of September, 1974, and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and deternaines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the re2ation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken anci should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LESLIE MATHIS
and ELFANOR MATH7S be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

` heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

~ therefrom.
2. Based upon the evidence the Court has determined the Wife is
entitled to lump sum alimony in the form of the Husband's interest in
and to the following described property:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Sectian 28, Township
34 South, Range 40 East, run East along said section line,
1,868.4 feet to the west right-of-way line of the Old Dixie
Highway; thence southeasterly along the West right-of-way
line of Old Dixie Highwax a distance of 141.82 feet for a
point of beginninq; thence run Westerly on a line parallel
to said section line, 240.26 feet; thence run southerly on a
line parallel to the right~of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 1,
68.96 feet; thence in an easterly direction on a line parallel
to the North section line, 245.65 feet to the west right-of-way
line of the Old Dixie Highway; thence northerly along said
right-of-way line, 70.91 feet, more or less, to the goint of
beginning; -
and directs the Husband to convey same to the Wife by Quit-Claim Deed.
The Court further orders that in absence of such conveyance within ten
(10) days of this date, that this order shall operate as a transfer
