the same is hereby transferred to the Wife free and clear of all
clai.ms of the Husband. Said transfer to include all furniture and
fixtures save for personal items belonging to the Husband which the
Husband shall remove within ten (10) days from the date of his release
from the St. Lucie County Jail. - -
3. RESTRAINING ORDSR. Each of tY:e parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interferinq with, harassinq or annoying, the'other.
4. FEES AND COSTS. Each of t:he parties shall pay their own court
costs.
5, JURISDIC'~ION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
