This cause came on for trial the 6th day of September, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evid~nce,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this sui~:; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and based on the evidence taken and plead-
ings that the marriage betw~een the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved, it is thereupon -
pRDgggD AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE• The marriage between I~. K. McGRIFF,
Husband and LO~LA ~SLL McGRIFF. Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
! and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
