FLORIDA 33130 ~~3 ~ AMENDI~£NT TO IANG TERM LE~?SS THIS AGRBEI~+II:NT, entered into this 4th day of ~ptemiber 1974, by and bet~:een RYSRSON & HIiYNBS REALTY, ZNC., a Delaware ~ corporation, hereinafter called "Lessor", and HIGH POINT OF FORT PI$RCE COIdDOI"lINIUM ASSOCIP?TION SBCT~ON 1, INC. , a Florida non-profit corporation, hereinafter called "Lessee", which said terms shall be deemed to extend to and include the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the said parties. - WITNESSETH: WI~REAS, the parties hereto, on April 12, 1974, entered into that certain Long Term 7~ease involving certain premises situ~ted in St. I,ucie County, Florida, more particularly described on "A" and"B" attached to said lease, which lease was recorded in Official Record Book 226, at page 558, et seq. i Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~ WHEREAS, the pa?rties hereto desire to amend the said i lease; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants . herein contained and the sum of One Dollar to each i.n hand paid by the other, the receigt cf which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: l. That said Long Term Lease is amended by Sleleting therefrom subparagraph C. of Article ~IXIV at page 18 of said _ - lease in its entirety, and inserting in lieu thereof the following: ~ "C.' The Lessor understands and acknowledges that ~ in connection with the sale of each individual condo- ~ minium apartment unit in the condominium property the purchaser thereof may desire to purchase his unit, utilizing the proceeds of a mortgage loan which mortgage will encumber #.he unit being so acquired.
