Lucie, a Condominiwon, a corporation not for profit organ~zed and ~
exiating under the larvs of the State of Florida and that as such
o~ficer she ie 3uly authorised to make.thie Claim of Lien.
2. That the aforesaid corporation i~ the association
responsible for the operation of Holiday Out at St. Lucie, a
Condominium, as provided in the Declaration of Condominiwn recorded
in Official Record Book 168 at page 1348 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That this is a claim of lien for unpaid assessmen~, late
charges, and interest on such assesements, as provided by Section
~11.15(4) of the Florida Statutes and Article X of the aforesaid
Declaration of Condominium, ugon the following.described lot of-
Holiday Out at St. I,ucie, a Condominium, according to the Declaration
of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 168 at page 1348
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
