This cause came on this day for a hearing and trial before
the Court without the intervention of.a jury and the Court find-
ing that the Defendant, JOSEPH L. CARTER d/b/a ASR-US ROFING
COMPANY is indebted to the Plaintiff , WICRES Li]MISER CO. , in the
sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars and Forty-
eight Cents ($5,488.48); that therefore:
IT ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said Plaintiff does have
and recover of and fram said Defendant the swn of Five Thousand
Faur Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars and Forty-eight Cents ($5,488.48),
damages together with the cost in its behalf expended and herein
taxed at Twenty-seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($27.50) plus ~..J
