ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on August 21, 1974 at 10:00
o'clock A. M. on the 8usband's Motion to hold the Wife in contempt
for failing to comply with the Order entered on June 20, 1974, and
the Court having heard testimony of the parties and being fully
advised in the premises; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Motion for Contempt be and the same is hereby dis-
missed.
2. That the Wife, At~T1TA MARIE 4~NN, shall forthwith de-

~ liver the minor child, .?~MES ROBffitT QUINN, _ II, to the Husband, JAM$S ~

.ROBERT QUINN, for a periof of two (2) f~l~ •~eeks to make up for the ;

month of June 1974 and July 1974 pursuant to the Order of June 20, ~
1974. That the Husband shall have the right to have the minor child
pursuarit to the Order of June 20, 1974 for one (1) full week for the
month of August of I974. That thereafter the terms and conditions
of visitation rights of the Husband shall revert to the Order entered
on June 20, 1974 and each of the parties hereto are ordered to comply
with the terms and provisions therein. -
~ 3. That the Wife, AI~TITA MARIE QIIINN, shall keep the Clerk
of this Court and the Husband, JAM$S ROBffitT QUINN, informed of her
current mailing and residence addresses and telephone nLmber, if any,
