This cause came on for fir.al hearing upon a Petition for
Diss~lution of Marriage filed by the wife and a Covnterpetition
filed by the Husband, and both parties having appeared and repre-
sented by counsel and the court, having given full consideration
to all th~ e~lidence, finds and determines: That this court has
~urisdiction of the parties and the sub3ect matter of this action
and the relations of husband- arid wife now exists between the par-
~
ties, it is thereupon -
pRDgtED and ADrTUDGID as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MARY ALI '

gpI,L and HENRy HALL, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and t~he
-i said parties and each of them is hereby freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore ixisting between them.
~ ~ 2. CUSr: That the husband shall have custody of the

' ! minor children with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the
( ~ _
_ wife.
3. pI,I~; That as rehabilitative alimony, the husband

~ shall pay to the wife the amount of one hundred dollars (~100.00)
per month beginning the 1st day of September, 1974, and a like
amount each month thereafter until the total amount of six hundre
dollars (~60~.00) has been paid and which amount shall be paid
through the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and remitted
; by the clerk to the wiPe. _A~1 payments shall be made in cash,

~ money order or cashiers check. Husban3 and wife are ordered to
~ keep the Clerk advised of their mailing and residence addresses

at 211 times while this order is in effect.
, 4. That the husband shall have exclusive
