UIttERFAS, each and every r~~rty ta this agrc~mcnt has
received Ten (S10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration
from each and every other party to this agreement as an
inducement and consideration for execution oi this aqreement,
THEREFORE, it is hereby aqreed that the lease ag-reements
are hereby extended and modified to provide as folloWS:
1. The ~PRIME LEASE ~lGREE:SENT° initial term which
otherwise would have expired on it~e ~Zgt day of January ,

1990 , is extended to expire on 3anuary 31, 2000 .
unless otherwise extended under the options to extend for the
additional periods as folloWS: One (1) option to extend for
ten (10) years, to-Wits
FIRST: 1/31/2000 to 1/31/2010 -
Exercisable at least 12 months prior to 1/31/2000.

2. The "SUB-LEASE" initial term, which otherwise would -

Same option as under Prime Lease, to-wit: one (1) 10 year
option to-extend from 1/31/2000
3. This LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT~only extends the

not in any way affect the amount of rental due, the options
to extend beyond the above new lease term (as extended) or
