The remaining options to exter.c~ the PRIME 3.EASE, as provided above, must be exercised at the times set forth r in sub-paragraph 1. above, by certified mail notice to the prime lessor herein, at the place where rent is paid, from the "sublessor" (or from the "sublessee, as agent of and on behalf as sublessor"). The sublessor hereby desiqnates sublessee as i~s agent for that purpose and grants to sublessee the right to ~o exercise one or more options under the P.RIME LEASE, provided only that sublessee simultaneously states that sublessee has exercised its option to extend the SUB-LEASE for the same period. ~ 5. The remaining periods to extend the SUB-LEASE as provided above must be exercised by qiving notice to Malcolm ~ ~I ~ Firth, as Trestee, at the place where rent is paid, at least , ~d~ days prior to the deadline for exercising the options under the "PRIME LEASE AGREEMENT". 6. Each party to this aqreement hereby warrants that he is the proper party with fLli authority to execute this agreement in the capacity in which he executes it, and agrees that it shall, be binding on any and all successors, heirs, assignees, or any other person whatsoever succeeding to his interest.
