that pursu$nt to Florida Statutes 608.3~ they executed a Deed as A t ~
the surviviag me~nbers of the Board of_Trustees of For~
Pierce Properties Inc. on th$ -,~0~'day of Avgust, 1974 conveying_
unto Hylan H. Kout and Suzanne J. Rout, his wife the following described
real property:
Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, FORT PIERCE BEACH
SUBDIVISION, accoraing to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 29 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie, Florida, together
with all riparian and littoral rights thereto.
