Pages 1307-1314, inclusive, Document No. 257021, mortgaqed unto FIIt3T
WISCONSIN NATIONAL BA,VR OF MILWAUREE and assiqns, mortgaqee, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of One Hundred
Eighty Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($180.200.00) with interest as therein
mentioned; and
WHEREAS, under date of May 23, 1973. Ft. Pierce Construction Corporation
er.tered and delivered to the First Wisconsin National Bank of Milwaukee its _
Consolidation and Spreader Aqreement consolidating the two aforementioned
Mortgages and Security Agree.*nents into a valid single first Mortgaqe securing
thz principal amount of Two Million Three Hundred Eighty Thousand Two Hundred
and No/100ths Dollars ($2.380,200.00), said Agreement was ~recorded June 18, 1973,
in Official R~cords Book 215, Pages 1316-1323 inclusive,of the Official Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, as Document No. 257023; and
WHEREAS, the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION has re~ueSted the
said FIRST WISCONSIN.NATIONAL BANR OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien
and operation of said Mortgages.

quit-claim, exonerate and discrarge from the lien and operation of said mortgages

being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgages and consolidation and
