ASSIGNMENT OF AGRSSMENT FOR DTED

VEItrIP~ FRANCTS MORGAN, his wife, purchasers under Agreemen+~ for
Deed dated April 17, 1969, and recorded in Official Record Book
181, at page 1151 of the public records of St. Lucie Coun~y,
Florida, and herein called~"FYR3T PARTIES", in conaideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, received
from or on behalf of WILLIS MULLIS and AUDREY N. MULI,IS, his
wife, o€ Z~^~ Ncrth 44th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, herein
referred to as "SECOND PARTIffi", the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer,
and set over unto Second Parties, all of the right, title and
interest of First Parties in and to the following described
property, arising out of the afore~nentioned Agreeiaent for Deed:
I,ots 13 and 16, of Block 7, as found in Deed Book
156, page 325, of the publiG records of St, Lucie
County, Florida, beinq the unrecorded plat of
KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, being ~ subdivision compri'sed of
the S~ of the NB~ of Section 6, ~ownship 35 South,
! Range 4~J East, and a part of the SW~ of the NE'~ of
the said Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 40
