THIS MATTB~R HAVING come before the Court upon the
Motions of the Husband and Wife to hold each other in conteanpt o€
Court, and the Court having heard the argumenta of counsel and
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDBRED.AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The Susband is not in contempt of Court for failur~
to pay child support under the terms of the Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage entered June 24, 1974,-but he is delinquent
in his payments in the amount of $500.00. The Husband has indicated
that he is awaiting an award of Workmen's Compensation benefits
I~ and it is the Order of this Court that upon such an award, the
i
~ Husband shall-pay inunediately and directly to the Wife the pastdue
support payments of $500.00, plus any payments accruing after Friday,

2. That the Wife is not in contempt of the terms of the

as it relates tc the Husband's rights of reasonable visitation
but it is my finding that she has denied these rights to the Husbarid
