DISSOLUTION OF 1~lARR?AGB
This cause came on for trial the 6th day of September, 1974,
and the Court having given full consideration to all tl~e evidence,
finds and determines: This Caurt has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife naiw
exists betw~een the parties; and that the marriage betw~een the parties
is irretrievabl~ broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORD~RED AND ADJZJDGSD as follo~ws:
1. DISSOLOTION QF MARRIAC~. The marriage between JBSSIE LEE
$ALY, Husband, and LILLIE RUTH SALY, Wife, be and the same is hereby
i
~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
f from the bonds of matrimony hereto€ore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTpDY. Custoc3y of JESSIE LSE EALY, JR., VERONICA EALY,
AND ROBERT EARL EALY, minor children of the parties, is hereby ~
a~rarded to the Wife, LII.LIE RUTH EALY, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to the Husband, JESSIE LEE EAI~Y• -
3. SIIPPORT. Con~oencing the ~day of September, 1974, the
Husband, JESSIS LEE EALY, shall pay to the Wife, LILLIE RUTH EA~"Y, *he
sum of Thirty Dollars ($30.Q0) each and every week, being ~en Dollars
($10.00) per child, for the support of.the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to Lillie Ruth Ealy, Wife. In addition there is
