hereby assessed the swa of One Dollar ($1.00) as statutary costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be macie
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailinq and
residence addresses at all tim~es while this Order is in effect.
4. Based upon the evidence, the Court finds that the Wife is
entitled to lump sum ali.mony in the amount of the 8usband's equity in
and to the following described property:
Lot 2, Highside Subdivision as per plat thereof
recorded in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida
and
Lot l, 81ock C, Revised Flat of Alamanda Vista '
Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and the Husband is directed to convey to the Wife by quit-claim deed
on or before ten (10) days from this date all of his interest in said
property.
5. The Court further orders that in absence of such conveyance
by~said deed that this Order shall operate as a transfer of the property,
~ and the Husband's interest in and to said property be and the same is
her~by transferred to the Wife free and clear of all claims of the
Husband. Said transfer to include all furniture and fixtures.
6. FBES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars ($300.00) to be reasonable for the Wife's attorneys for their
services herein and the Husband, JESS~ LEE EALY, is ordered to pay
said attorneys said sum together with costs herein assessed at Thirty-
eight Dollars ($38.00).
7. JURISDICTIO~T. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
