(7) The plaintiff may be a bidder tor the purchase of the ~

property at the sale. If the plaintiff shall be the purchaser t
at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on th~e bid of the plaintiff,
the total sum herein found due to the plaintiff or such po~ction
thereof as may be necesaary to pay fully the bid of the plaintif;:,
except that the sums mentfoned in paragraph 8ta) of this Judgment
must be paid iT~ cash.
(8) -Upon confinaation of the sale whether confirnration be
by the Clerk filinq the Certificate of Title or by Order of thls
Gourt rulinq upon objections of that sale; the Cl~rk shall make
distribution of the proceeds of this sale by payinq: ~
(a) Al1 costs and expenses of these proceedings sub- -
sequent to the entry of this Final Judgment, includinq the costs of
publishinq the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making said
sale (unless the plaintiff, having already paid for those two items
of costs, shaZl be the purchaser at said sale), and for the herein-
above stated attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys for the plaintiff.
The remaining an?ounts due the plaintiff with ;nterest thereon as
provided by statute from the date hereof through the date of sale.

~ (9) Should there be surplus after the payment above specified,
it shall be paid into the reqistry of the Court. Should there be a
deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof to the Court,
and this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a deficiency judq-
ment in behalf of the plaintiff, in the event such deficiency should
arise as a result of said aforementioned sale.
(10) Upon confirmation of.the sale, the defendant(s) and all
persons claiming by and through them or any of them, are
sev~erally barred, and foreclosed of and from any riqht, title, interest,

claim or demand in or to said pmperty, and the purchaser at the sale,
its agents and assiqns, shall be let into possession of said property
without delay.
(11) This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause to settle
Paqe Three.
