HomeMy WebLinkAbout2394 • • ~ The parties hereto have submitt~d the above compromise to this Court tor its approval, and the Court being of the opinion that the sum of Ten Thousand and QO/100 Dollars (S10r000.00) is a fair con~ideration and that the settlement is beneficial to the i estate of the minor, and the Court being ~therwise advised in the i premises, it is ORDERED ANU ADJUDGED by the Court that A. J. Rimbrdugh, legal guardian and next friend of Iienry Bates, a minor, do have and recover of the defendant Melvin Starling the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), the defendant to go hence without day. It is further ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that upon the payment of the said sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) by the defendant or by anyone in his behalf, the said A. J. Rimbrough, legal guardian -and next friend of Henry Bates, a minor, or his attorney of record, give a full and complete satisfaction of judgment to the defendant and the said A. J. Kimbrough may receive and have the monies for the use and benefit of Her,ry Bates, a minor, and his estate, without bond.
