This cause came on to be heard the 6th day of
September. 1974 on the court's order to show cause why the
husband, JOS F. GRIFFIS, should not be held in contempt of court
for his failure to restrain himself from annoying, molesting or
fihreatening the wife, DORIS GRIFFIS, as contained in the Order ~
on Temporary Relief entered herein, and the court having heard ~
e testimony of the parties and their witnes~es and being duly ~

advised in the premises, it is hereby ~

~ be and is hereby found to be in contempt of court, and the
~ court sentences him to ten (10) days in jail to be served in the
St. Lucie County Jai-1;
