':date of this Order execute a Quit Claim Deed relinquishing all ~

~~interest he miqht have in that certain home place described above. ~

~~In the event that s~id 4uit Claim Deed is not executed witiiin 1 ~

:~ten (10) days, this Judgment shall operate to transfer the title ~
;~to the abov~e described property to the wife. The mortgage ~
:'which is on said property shall become the sole responsibility
~ rof the wife after the title is transferred to her name.

5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby

±~enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
;:annoying, the other.
-6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines that the

~;parties shall pay their own attorney's fee and the parties ;

;':shall equally divide the Court costs adding up the total Court ~ ~
;~costs and each payinq one-half. ~
