B. DAGGETT, and KATARYN A. BIRD, RACHSL A. MSIXBLL, JUNE A. BRYNER. and
gARBARA A, COLLINS, bearinq date the 30th day of May, A. D. 1973, and
recorded in Official Records Book 214, Page 2204, in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing
certain notes in the principal swa of Eighty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($88,750.00), and certain promises and obliqations
set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said State
and County described as follows, to-wit:
Property Described in the Mortgage Set out Herein
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said notes and ~ortgage
deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct the Clerk of
the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
