BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared EDITH M. RIGGS, who, first being duly sworn, deposes and
says:
1. That affiant is well acquainted with and related
~ to FRED M. RIGGS, Deceased, and PA~JLINE E. RIGGS, Deceased.
2. That FRED M. RIGGS and PAULINE E. RIGGS were hus-
band and wife at the time they acquired title to the following
described property and that they remained married ~ontinuously
without intervening divorce until the death of FRED M. RIGGS on
March 3, 1971.
