The Petition of EDITH M. RIGGS respectfully shorvs:
1. PAULINE E. RIGGS, a resident of Rock Island, Rock
Island County, Illinois, whose last resided at 4504 - 23rd Avenue,
Rock Island, I1linois, died intestate in that City on November 5,
1972, at the age of fifty-five (55) years.
2. The names, ages and residences of the heirs of the
Decedent are as follows: _

3. A detailed schedule fo the Decedent's`Florida prop-

4. The Decedent's estate is not indebted since all
debts iiicluding funeral expenses and last illness expenses have

5. Your Petitioner as sole heir of the above-named
Decedent is entitled to distribution of Decedent's assets. ~
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks that this Court enter an
Order•of Administration Unnecessary.
